Campsites are alongside Franklin Rivulet at Harford, a picturesque tidal estuary, where you can fish, kayak (BYO), bushwalk, bird watch, gather oysters, spot wildlife, and relax with family and friends.
Located just 15mins to Port Sorell, Bakers Beach, Narawntapu Nation Park, and Anvers Chocolate Factory. 25mins to Devonport, 1hr to Launceston, 1.5hrs to Cradle Mt and surrounded by attractions from Berry Farms to Wineries and stunning farmland.
This is a beautiful natural campground on land near our home.
You'll feel a million miles away by a lovely tidal estuary, but actually so close to the best attractions Tassie has to offer, it's also a destination in itself:-)

We absolutely loved camping here! We had beautiful views of the mountains and river. We loved kayaking along the river and caught some wild oysters there! It was an incredible experience. My son loved playing with Sarah's kids!

The camp was close to the river. The setting was tranquil and quiet. Sarah was most helpful, Greeted us on arrival and offered any help and support we needed. Great spot to camp.

A beautiful stay along the river. Sarah and her family are so welcoming and inviting. The river is nice for a cruise on the canoes at high tide and it’s extremely peaceful.

Lovely views, very peaceful. Perfect spot for dogs. Sarah and her children are very friendly. Enjoyed fishing in the river & catching some yummy brim. We will definitely return again.
